Come on in and join us for a good time. The Amsterdam Icebar is a fascinating creation. Inside an unassuming brownstone, make your way in to a decadent lounge; a fine place to relax, sip a cocktail or grab a bite to eat, and enjoy good conversation with a group of friends. Enjoy great music and company before heading to the back of the lounge where you'll find the impressive entrance to the Icebar.
Don your parkas and snow hats and prepare for an experience that is guaranteed to be cool. Created from a staggering 35 tons of natural ice, this bar is a true work of art. At first glance, it seems that everything is made of ice, and it pretty much is. The bar, the seats, even the glasses that you drink from are all sculpted ice. The shimmering blue and green lights, cast a glow across the ice and make for a visually enticing atmosphere. Check out a 4D movie clip as you take in your frigid surroundings. Grab a chilly seat and enjoy either a Smirnoff cocktail or an Extra Cold Heineken beer in a glass made of ice.

Please check in at the Amsterdam Icebar, located at Amstel 194. Show your (smartphone) ticket when entering the icebar at your chosen time-slot. Please check-in 20 minutes before your chosen time-slot Please note that you have to redeem your voucher, and pre-book a specific timeslot, at least 24 hours before entering the attraction. Your booking is based on availability and will only be valid after a time slot has been booked at Damrak 26, our excursion store. Disclaimer: Availability is in the hands of the attraction & can be amended at any time. Attraction opening and closing time: 1pm to 1am // Tour start time: depending on the option chosen. In accordance with Dutch law alcoholic beverages won’t be served to visitors under the age of 18. *It is mandatory to wear a non-medical face mask while visiting the Amsterdam Icebar.
