How do you calculate a quote?

From the homepage select the category of the package, enter the date of arrival, the number of nights, the number of rooms and the number of participants. After that it indicates how many adults and how many children are present with the relative age and height (data necessary to determine any discounts or gratuity). Continue by clicking on SEARCH. The system will show you a list of hotels available on the dates and with the type of rooms requested, SELECT your favorite. The price that appears next to the BUY key is the total of the entrance + hotel package. In the boxes below are all the additional services you can purchase in addition to your package. Click on BUY, enter your personal data, select the payment method and receive everything on the email you have indicated.

 

What is included in the price?

In the total are included Entrance (s) and Overnight in Hotel. The package does not include the transport service. The tourist tax is always to be paid locally.

 

What are the payment methods? Can I pay directly at the hotel?

It is NOT possible to pay at the hotel because the packages are sold by 1Sticket.

Payment methods are 5:

  • Credit Card, which gives you the opportunity to immediately receive the Booking Voucher and Entry Tickets in your e-mail. For credit card payments we remind you that SECURE CODE is required
  • Scalapay, receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer
  • Bank Transfer, available up to 5 days from the departure date, you will receive on your e-mail address the e-mail containing the data and information necessary to make the payment. We remind you that the Bank Transfer procedure involves checking the actual balance before the Booking can unlock vouchers and tickets.
  • Postal bulletin, available up to 2 days from the departure date, you will receive on your e-mail address the e-mail containing the data and information necessary to make the payment.
  • Satispay, the new app of the ICCREA circuit for mobile payments.

 

Can I pay with a rechargeable credit card and / or PostePay?

Yes. 1Sticket accepts prepaid credit cards as long as they are part of one of the following circuits: Mastercard, Visa, Diners and Postepay. We therefore advise you to verify that your credit card has the sufficient amount to make the reservation, otherwise we advise you to top up the card with the desired amount at least 24 hours before the purchase.

 

Can I pay a deposit?

To receive the voucher and admission tickets you must pay the full amount of the package at the time of booking.

 

Where do I find the information and distances of the hotels?

After having carried out the search, on the page where the structures are listed, under the reference code of each hotel the location and distance in km from the selected park / wellness center are indicated. By clicking on "view hotel details" you access the description and services tab, clicking on "view location" you access the map.

 

Why is children's height required?

In some theme parks children have free entry and reductions depending on their height, it is important to insert it correctly, as they will also be measured at the park.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Booking?

Where do I get vouchers and tickets?

Vouchers and tickets are sent in the email that you enter in the personal data at the time of booking. Make sure the email is correct and active. Vouchers and tickets must be PRINTED! If you have problems for the press some parks carry out the payment service or you can ask at the reception of your hotel. In both cases we advise you to inform yourself in advance at the facilities.
