With excitement for all the family guaranteed, come and take a camel ride through the Maspalomas Nature Reserve where sandy dunes and a stunning natural environment are waiting to be discovered.

Feel like Lawrence of Arabia as you ride on the back of a swaying camel through the magnificent Maspalomas Sand Dunes, a protected nature reserve and one of the must-see attractions on the Canary Islands.

A trek through this stunning natural environment that can only be entered on foot or by camel is an absolute must for anybody passing through Gran Canaria. The Dunes are the habitat of many plants, some of which are unique to the Canary Islands and you’ll be amazed by how they manage to survive in such an arid, hostile environment together with lizards and rabbits.

Ride a camel through the Maspalomas Nature Reserve and observe nature in its rawest and most authentic state. You’ll get uninterrupted views over the Dunes and you’ll see the soft ripples in the sand as these gentle giants gracefully tread along the ground. A camel ride through the desert is a highlight for any visitor to the island and is a great adventure for all the family.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION SUMMER SEASON: - Please, customers must not appear in the facilities before 12 o'clock to collect the number of their place. - We can not guarantee that you can perform the activity that day. - You can not reserve a specific time, or have preference. These two months, the best time to participate in this activity is from 9.00 - 10.30. Groups we also accept only in the hours of 9.00 - 10.00. Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. Remember: Maximum weight limit per person of 110 kilos. Important information - There may be restrictions
Please be aware that during July and August the departure time is determined by order of arrival, therefore, to avoid queuing, we recommend that you arrive between 9am and 10:30am. Please keep in mind that during peak times (after 11am) there may be longer waiting times than normal.
Due to high demand, in July and August organised groups can only visit between 9am and 10am.

Requirements:
You can make the reservation for any time during the time of the activity.
Weight limit per person is 110kg (242 lbs).
Children under the age of 3 must ride with a parent/guardian on the same camel
