How does it work
- We need the customer's email address to create the pass. After the creation of the pass (which will take place less than 10 seconds after receiving the booking email) the guest will receive a confirmation email with the pass id and the link to manage my pass.
- The Manage My Pass page is the customer panel that allows guests to make reservations for certain attractions such as airport pick up, dinner and cruise. Guests can choose the date, enter hotel information and create their reservation.
- Some services such as guided tours, Madame Tussauds, Sealife Aquarium do not require any reservation. Just show up and show your pass. Suppliers use our admission system and will let the customer in by checking their validity.
