Description

Discover the best of Chicago. Start the day with the first admission ticket to the Skydeck for a breathtaking view. Explore downtown Chicago on a guided walking tour, then relax on a 90-minute river cruise.

Get ready to discover Chicago. The first elevator ride of the morning will take you to the Skydeck of the Willis Tower to admire the city from a privileged vantage point. Return to street level for a walking tour of the Loop that will take you from the iconic "L" train that loops around downtown Chicago to the city's impressive Art Deco architecture. This insider's look will provide you with the history to truly appreciate these colossal structures. At the end of the tour, enjoy a 90-minute river cruise that will take you from the Chicago River to Lake Michigan.
At the Willis Tower, take the first elevator of the day to ascend 103 floors to the Skydeck. Take advantage of the observation decks to get the best possible view of the city from above.

Back on land, it's time to walk through Chicago's Financial District with your local guide and marvel at the city's Art Deco architecture before, or rather, above you! Home to some of the city's most impressive buildings, The Loop may be a commercial district but it's so much more, including the birthplace of the world's first skyscraper. Pass the magnificent Board of Trade Building and see the three-story tall statue of Ceres, the ancient Greek goddess of the harvest, silhouetted against the skyline.

Then step through the impressive Frank Lloyd Wright designed atrium to the Rookery. Many elements here are only highlighted by an expert, including the secret glass mosaics that adorn the atrium. Hear the story of the cast of characters who brought Chicago to worldwide fame, see one of the most historically significant gates, and see the world's largest Tiffany glass dome.

Millennium Park is the next stop, where the iconic Cloud Gate is located. After taking a photo in front of 'The Bean', it's time to walk down Michigan Avenue for more architectural and historical stories.

The experience isn't over yet: Take a 90-minute architectural cruise along Chicago's iconic Riverwalk, passing the Chicago River and Lake Michigan. Enjoy the snacks and refreshments available on board and marvel at the day's discoveries from the water.
