Please call 1-800-233-2628 at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your cruise. All tours begin at the Gray Line "Lighthouse" Ticket Office in the French Quarter at Toulouse St. &the Mississippi River - at the Steamboat Natchez Dock. Tour departs at 11:30am or 2:30pm Monday - Saturday. Please arrive with the printed copy of your voucher and photo ID. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure. Tour duration is approximately 2 hours. In the event of an emergency, please call Gray Line New Orleans at +1 504-569-1484. Voucher valid for date of service only. This voucher will be honored only once and misuse is considered a criminal offense
