NEW PROCEDURE for visiting Disneyland Resort theme parks; reservation is required for access.

Please visit Disneyland's "Know Before You Go" website ( disneytraveltradeinfo.com/dlr ) (what you need to know before you go) to familiarize yourself with the new heightened security measures in place and to get an update on what is currently available at Disneyland Resort. Then, check the "Park Availability Calendar" ( disneytraveltradeinfo.com/dlrcalendar ) to see if your desired dates are available. Book your tickets and write down your Disneyland confirmation number. Next, create a profile on StartYourDisneylandExperience.com so you can link your tickets and theme park reservations. It is essential to book access for each day indicated on the ticket and to do so as soon as possible, as the availability and capacity of the parks varies over time. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a QR code to bring to the park with your e-ticket. A hotel or restaurant reservation does not guarantee entry to the park. To enter the parks, both a valid ticket and a theme park reservation are required.

For safety reasons, the Park Hopper experience has been updated. Customers must now reserve a Disney Park Pass for only the first park they intend to visit and enter that first park before visiting another. Specific Park Hopper times will be established during which this option will be available to visit other parks on the same day. The ability to visit another park will be subject to your capacity. Park Hopper hours will begin at 11:00am each day and end at the scheduled park closing time (subject to possible change). The most up-to-date timetable information is available at DisneyWorld.com/ParkHours and on the My Disney Experience app.

The Disney Genie+ service provides the opportunity to book an expedited access window on the day of the park visit to certain attractions and experiences in the park or theme parks that the ticket holder visits with the ticket. The Disney Genie+ service allows the ticket holder to reserve an expedited access window for only one attraction or experience at a time. Some attractions and experiences are not available on the Disney Genie+ service, and the number of fast-track windows for each eligible attraction or experience is limited. The expedited access window offered to the ticket holder by the Disney Genie+ service may be the next available. To use the Disney Genie+ service, the ticket holder must have the My Disney Experience mobile application on the day of park admission. The user interface of the Disney Genie+ service is in English only. More than 50 attractions and experiences at Walt Disney World's four theme parks are expected to have accelerated access windows reserved with the Disney Genie+ service. The Disney Genie+ service also includes some in-park audio experiences and some special features that can be used on some photos taken by the guest while in the park.

NEW PROCESS! In addition to a valid ticket, a park reservation is required to enter a Disneyland theme park. Disneyland uses an electronic ticket system that requires customers to present a barcode at the turnstiles. If this voucher has a barcode, you're good to go! Children under the age of 3 do not need a barcode voucher. If the voucher does not have a barcode, it is necessary to collect the barcoded e-ticket by accessing the dedicated website www.yourparkcode.com . The number listed below the barcode is your Disney Confirmation Number. Once you have your Disneyland Confirmation Number, go to StartYourDisneylandExperience.com to link your tickets and make a park reservation for each day of your ticket. For Park Hopper tickets, a reservation is only required for the first park visited. You will receive an email with a QR code for each booking, which you will need together with your valid ticket to enter the park.
