Visit the only ice hall in the Middle East, a fascinating place with ice sculptures, ice seats and an illuminated interior, all in sub-zero temperatures. Dress warmly in the provided overlays and enjoy a complimentary drink at the bar.
Chill Out has a separate lobby and lounge area from the buffer zone. Once in the lobby, visitors are provided with thermal gear to keep warm. It includes a hooded parka (a heavy jacket), disposable wool gloves and a pair of shoes if needed. Visitors are advised to spend a few minutes in the buffer zone to acclimate. The temperature in the buffer zone is set at 5 degrees Celsius, which gives the body time to adjust to the low temperature in the dining area.

- Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- You will be provided with thermal clothing upon arrival to keep you warm in the cold temperatures.
- You will receive a hooded parka, wool gloves, shoes and socks if needed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Opening hours: 10:00 to 22:00 (Saturday to Wednesday)
