Description
Al Hadheerah at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort and Spa, is the region's first authentic open-air desert restaurant, featuring belly dancers, henna artists, a live band, singers, dancers and a horse and camel show, all set in the wide expanse of desert.
The décor recreates the magic of an Arabian fort with natural stones, rock walls and a sunken seating area, located 300 meters from the resort and nestled between the sand dunes. The atmosphere is further enhanced by the adjacent historic village and souk and the presence of Bedouin Arab horsemen and a camel caravan on the dunes overlooking the restaurant. Horse and camel ridingas well as Arabian handicrafts are available at the historic village.
The restaurant offers authentic Middle Eastern cuisine, served with bread from Arab ovens; at the live cooking stations, food is prepared and cooked in a variety of traditional methods which include wood-fired ovens, charcoal grills and spit roasts.

Hidden in the dunes of the Dubai desert at the famous Bab Al Shams Resort & Spa is Al Hadheerah, the resort's signature restaurant, renowned for its authentic Arabian cuisine.
Invoke the magic of the Arabian Nights as you dine al fresco in a traditional desert fortress setting. Live bands, dancers and falconry displays will keep you entertained as you sample the extravagant buffet and open-air barbecue, from hot mezze to kebabs, grilled fish and a whole lamb.
