The ticket is non-refundable
Tickets from 10:00 to 12:00 are available from 10:00 on the day of your visit
Tickets from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM are available from 1:00 PM on the day of your visit
The ticket includes a single entrance to the Doge's Palace and entrance to other museums
The ticket for the Royal Palace (Correr Museum) is included and can be used on the same day as the visit to the Doge's Palace or the following day.
The Marciana Library is closed on Sundays.

Opening hours of the Doge's Palace: Every day from 9:00 to 18:00 (last admission: 17:00)
Meeting point
Campo San Gallo, San Marco 1093/B, Venice Tours office, near Hotel San Gallo and Piazza San Marco. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time.
HOW TO REACH THE MEETING POINT: In Piazza San Marco, keep the Basilica at your back and proceed on the right side of the square passing under the arches. When you find the Olivetti Museum, turn right, cross the small bridge and continue straight until you reach "Campo San Gallo".
Cancellation policies
The ticket is non-refundable . In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the ticket price will be applied.
The tour will not take place in case of bad weather or exceptionally high tide (in these cases it will be postponed to the following day or refunded)
Safety regulations
For security reasons, bags, purses or backpacks are not allowed inside the Doge's Palace (free storage available inside).
