- If in any case the guest fails to show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pick up point, we will not arrange an alternative transfer and there is no refund for the missed tour.

After you receive your tickets by email, go straight to The Beach, JBR where you will find this major attraction. Simply show your tickets on your smartphone along with a valid photo ID at the ticket office and log in. Since your tickets are valid for any hour, you can enter at your convenience, within the opening hours of the day. Once on board, enjoy and relax as you are served a refreshing drink and take in the beauty that surrounds you. After approximately 20-30 minutes, you will descend back to ground level and disembark.
