Terms and Conditions for the Grand Canyon Golden Eagle Helicopter Tour
- This tour is only available from Las Vegas
- Advance booking is required. Select your preferred date when booking.
- Hotel pickup and drop-off is available from all hotels located in the "Strip" and downtown areas of Las Vegas
- Flights depart from Boulder City Airport. Transfers to and from the airport can take up to 60 minutes.
- Bring your ID: Passengers 18 years of age or older must bring a government-issued ID.
- Fuel surcharges may apply. Please see tour description for details.
- Flight time is approximately 70 minutes in total.
- PLEASE NOTE: Helicopters are very sensitive to weight and weight distribution. Therefore, anyone weighing more than 299 pounds (135.91 kg / 21.36 stone) will be charged an additional seat for the tour locally and an additional $300 will be payable at check-in. All passengers must be weighed at check-in. - All weights submitted must be accurate otherwise you may be refused boarding if the weights are incorrect.
- The tip for the pilot is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- Baggage Restrictions: Due to limited space, handbags, backpacks and other baggage are not permitted on the plane.
- Children 2 years old and under travel free and must sit on their parent/guardian's lap.
- If your chosen flight is not available, we will do our best to place you and your group on the closest possible flight. If the changed time and date is not suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Fuel Surcharge: All tours departing by March 31, 2024 are now subject to a fuel surcharge of $30 per person, which will be collected locally at check-in from passengers
