The Skywalk is located on the Hualapai Indian Reservation in Grand Canyon West, not within the boundaries of Grand Canyon National Park. It's in Arizona, about 120 miles east of Las Vegas
Helicopters are very sensitive to weight and weight distribution. Therefore, anyone weighing more than 300 pounds will be required to purchase a comfort seat, at the equivalent price of another seat, payable at check-in. All passengers must be weighed at check-in.

Safety regulations
- Hotel pickup and drop-off is available from all hotels located in the "Strip" and downtown areas of Las Vegas.
- Flights depart from Boulder City Airport. Transfers to and from the airport can take up to 60 minutes.
- All passengers on the plane will be weighed at check-in. Passengers weighing 300 pounds (21.4 stone) or more will be charged for an additional seat.

- Prime Time tickets are for departures between 9:00 and 11:45.
- If your chosen flight is not available, we will do our best to place you and your group on the closest flight possible. If the changed time and date is not suitable, you will be entitled to a full refund.
- Baggage Restrictions: Due to limited space, handbags, backpacks and other baggage are not permitted on the plane.
- The tip for the pilot is not included and is left to individual discretion.
