You will be able to discover how Lind & Lime gin is produced and experience first-hand the botanicals used to create its characteristic flavour. You will discover how the gigantic still works. Once you become proficient, you can bottle and label your own miniature bottle to take home. The tour concludes with a cocktail-making session, where your expert guide will show you how to make the perfect Gimlet, then try it for yourself and sit back to enjoy the fruits of your labor! It all ends with a port and sherry tasting in the Leith Export Company shop.
