Exploring the streets of Berlin, it is difficult to imagine it before 1990, when it was divided not only ideologically but also physically. The Wall Museum traces the history of the partition from both sides, using film, photographs and news reports to tell the story of the Berlin Wall as fully as possible. The museum also offers interviews with statesmen who dealt with foreign policy and guards forced to shoot their fellow citizens who attempted to escape.
