The Palm Monorail is the most iconic way to explore all the wonders of Palm. The monorail connects the main landmarks of the Palm Jumeirah, starting from the Gateway station at the entrance of the Palm Jumeirah, up to the Golden Mile Galleria, Al Ittihad Park, Nakheel shopping center and Atlantis Aquaventure station at the last stop of the journey . Originally opened in 2009, the 5.5km monorail line is Palm Jumeirah's only public transport system for residents, visitors and tourists, and is one of the most iconic ways to explore all its destinations, with low impact on the surrounding environment.
