What is there to know?
- No stilettos, steel-toe-boots, cleats or footwear that may damage floors
- No outside food/drinks, smoking, e-cigs, bags or weapons
- Restrooms are available after first 15 minutes of visit (on first floor)
- Foldable strollers only
- The entrance is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal, below street level
- Present your SUMMIT One Vanderbilt smartphone ticket at the entrance
- Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
- Tickets are timed. Arrivals over 20 minutes late may require waiting for an open slot or rescheduling (with a fee) based on availability
- Children 5 and under get in for free, no ticket required
- Guests with foldable strollers are welcome
- If visiting during the day, sunglasses are recommended
- No storage for personal items – large bags, large backpacks and luggage are not permitted

Open daily: approximately 9:00 AM - 12:00 AM
Last admission: around 10:30 PM
Possible seasonal variations: in winter it may close earlier (around 10.30pm)
