- We do not offer transfers for hotel pick up and drop off
- The meeting and reception point is at Xclusive Marina - Behind the Al Majara Tower
- We run a GPS-guided audio system that will tell you about each icon as you pass it.
- We typically sail on a 65 foot luxury catamaran and an 86 foot yacht. However, according to our schedule another yacht of similar size may be used.
- This will be a shared yacht experience with other guests joining you on board.
- Food and drinks will be served on board. The barbecue will include meat, chicken and vegetarian options with side dishes of salad and bread.
- Alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.
- Swimming is not permitted
- Children under 2 are allowed but must remain in the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 must wear life jackets for the duration of the rental.
- Wear what you feel comfortable with, we recommend shorts, a T-shirt and slippers. However, if you want those Instagram photos to dress up how you want!
- Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your rental at the designated Dubai Marina (Pier 7 Valet). Please notify the operations team when you arrive.
- For the safety of our guests and to keep the yacht in perfect condition, we ask all guests to remove their shoes when boarding.
- The boat will leave on time, we recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes early, no refunds will be given if you miss the boat.

- We will charge a 100% cancellation fee if the booking is canceled 4 days or less before the event
