The building itself is a work of art rich in neo-baroque decoration. The ideal environment therefore, to host works by old masters such as Rubens, Raphael and Rembrandt.

Additionally, you'll also find gold-leaf works by one of Austria's most famous sons, Gustav Klimt, and a few pieces by his lesser-known but equally talented brother Ernst Klimt.

One of Vienna's most spectacular buildings, the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) houses an enormous collection of art, craft and design spanning five centuries.

Welcome to the Edelweiss Center, Austria's largest and most modern indoor climbing facility, right in the heart of Vienna.

Climbers of all ages and abilities will feel right at home here. This vast space of 1,100m2 of walls and 100m2 of scalable roof is made up of a variety of courses, from easy to difficult.

Sloping walls, stalactites, an archway and narrow columns characterize this varied training ground, but don't let that put you off: high-quality impact mats and an ultra-modern ventilation system also mean you'll stay safe and cool as you test your strength and agility.

There's even a giant 45-degree inclined wall where more skilled climbers can hone their skills, or check out their awesome Moonboard, where you can set up your own challenging routes made up of a variety of hold styles.
