It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain the timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule entry.

Meeting point

at 08.45 am At the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.
An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothes with the Caf Tour Gray Line Firenze logo.
From 1 April 2025, check-in at 8:15 and departure at 8:30.

Starting from Tuesday, May 20, 2025 , the meeting point for our guided tour of the Uffizi will be updated as follows:

- Meeting point: Piazzale della Galleria degli Uffizi, in front of the Statue of Dante Alighieri, near door no. 1 (entrance reserved for reservation holders). An assistant dressed in blue with the Caf Tour and Gray Line logos will be waiting for you.
- Check-in time: 15 minutes before the booked entry time. It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain the timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.

Academy: We are waiting for you for a total immersion in the art of Michelangelo to learn about his most famous work, the "David", and other masterpieces of art such as ''The Prisoners'' and ''San Matteo'' and the “ Pieta di Palestrina". Your guide will engage you with a captivating story about Michelangelo and the most famous statue in the world. It will reveal how the young Michelangelo sculpted David from a huge block of rough marble over three years, creating an imposing sculpture of absolute beauty, an icon of the Renaissance model. A magnificent naked young man at the height of his physical vigor as a symbol of power and invincibility of the Florentine Republic at the moment of its maximum splendor.
Once the guided tour is finished, you have the option to stay in the museum for as long as you wish.
 
Uffizi: You can't leave Florence without visiting one of the most famous art galleries in the world. Here you can admire numerous works of art by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio and many others. Among the precious exhibition rooms of the Gallery, the most renowned one contains the refined works of Botticelli, including absolute masterpieces: "Spring" and "Birth of Venus". This last painting, an icon of the museum, represents the allegory of the birth of the goddess emerging from the sea foam and symbolizes the ideal of beauty as an expression of purity and spiritual quality, typical of Renaissance Neoplatonic aesthetics.
The guided tour ends at the Uffizi Terrace from where you can enjoy an extraordinary and exclusive view of the most important monuments of the city. Once the guided tour is finished it is possible to stay in the museum.
 
Lunch Break: if you have selected the lunch option you will be able to enjoy a Tuscan lunch in a restaurant in the historic centre.
