Duration: Customers can visit the museum in total freedom and at their own pace - it is important to respect the check-in times.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain a timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule entry.
We recommend that you take note of the following rules of conduct regarding drinks and liquids inside the Uffizi Gallery:
It will not be possible to introduce any type of liquid into the Uffizi Gallery, with the exception of medicines and baby bottles.
Children under 6 years: free.
Audio guide not available for children under 6 years of age.

Meeting point
ACADEMY: Check-in at 9:15 and entrance at 9:30, at the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.
From 1 April 2025, check-in at 8:15 and departure at 8:30.
UFFIZI GALLERY : at 3.15 pm at the Uffizi Gallery square, in front of the statue of Dante Alighieri, located near door no. 1 (entrance reserved for reservation holders).
In both museums, an assistant wearing blue clothes with the Caf Tour Gray Line Florence logo will be waiting for you.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain the timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to have a refund or reschedule the entry.

Through the explanations of your audio guide, you will be able to discover Michelangelo's works of art to learn about his most famous work, the David, and other important works of art such as "The Prisoners" and "San Matteo".
Uffizi: You can't leave Florence without visiting the Uffizi Gallery, one of the most famous art galleries in the world. Through the explanations of your audio guide, among other wonderful masterpieces, you will be able to admire the works of art by Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raphael, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio.
