What is there to know?

Participants are recommended to wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing to visit museums or places of worship.
It is recommended to take note of the following rules of conduct regarding drinks and liquids inside museums:
Accademia Gallery - Bottles of water are permitted if they do not exceed 0.5 l.
Uffizi Gallery - It will not be possible to bring any type of liquid into the Uffizi Gallery, with the exception of medicines and baby bottles. The pre-booking service provided by Caf Tour & Travel guarantees that you skip the long queue (or the general admission queue).
Despite our reservations, during periods of greater influx of visitors, entry to the museums may be delayed due to:
Security check at the entrance (metal detector).
Maximum number of people allowed inside the museum at the same time for safety reasons.
Based on the reasons cited above, any delay cannot be attributable to the responsibility of Caf Tour & Travel.
Minimum numbers apply. There is the possibility of cancellation after confirmation if the minimum number of passengers is not reached. In this case, you will be offered another date or an alternative Tour or a full refund.
Local guide service could be provided in two languages.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to participate in the visit, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule the guided tour.

visit, nor to have a refund or to reschedule the guided tour.

Cancellation policies

To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 5 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
