As stated above, any delays cannot be attributed to the responsibility of Caf Tour & Travel.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to collect the timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule entry.
