What is included?

What is there to know?
Duration: Customers can visit the museum in total freedom and at their own pace.
APP users must have their own smartphone.
Participants must download the POP-Guide APP on their smartphone, from the iOS or Android APP store before the Tour, and in any case before arriving at the meeting point. They will receive the APP code from our Meeting Point Assistant together with the skip-the-line ticket.
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain a timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule entry.
Despite our reservations, during periods of greater influx of visitors, entry to the museums may be delayed due to:
Security check at the entrance (metal detector)
Maximum number of people allowed inside the museum at the same time for safety reasons.
Based on the reasons cited above, any delay cannot be attributable to Caf Tour & Travel's responsibility
Meeting point
On the corner of Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggia of the Academy of Fine Arts.
The check-in time depends on the option selected: 9:00 am option: check-in at 08:45 am 9:30 am option: check-in at 09:15 am.
It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to obtain the timed entry ticket and access to the Museum, nor to get a refund or reschedule entry. An assistant awaits you wearing blue clothes with the Caf Tour and Gray Line logos.

To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 4 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
