What is there to know?
- It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time.
- If you are late, you will not be able to obtain a timed entry ticket, enter the museum, receive a refund, or reschedule your visit.
- To pick up the audio guide inside the museum, you'll need to show your original ID card or passport. This document will be retained until the end of your visit and will be returned to you when you return the audio guide.
- If you lose or fail to return the audio guide, you will be required to pay a €250.00 refund for each unit.
- The advance booking service offered by CAF Tour & Travel allows you to avoid the long lines (or the general admission line).
However, during peak periods, entry to the museum may be delayed due to:
- security checks at the entrance (metal detector);
- Maximum number of visitors allowed in the museum at a time for safety reasons.
For these reasons, any delays are not attributable to CAF Tour & Travel.
