Every location in the city (over 150 points of interest!) offers up to two minutes of audio commentary, including Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Royal Albert Hall and many more.

One ticket is valid for one download of the audio guide in the POPGuide app.
The app can work offline, so download the app and audio guide content before you leave home, so you only see the GPS when you're out and about!
After downloading, you can start using the app whenever you want (up to one year after purchase) and for an unlimited time (until you remove it from your smartphone/tablet)
To join one of the guided routes, you can use the app to follow the experts in real time and meet them at one of the listed meeting points.
Alternatively, you can meet the guides in Trafalgar Square (at the fourth plinth, near the giant ice cream sculpture) at one of these times:
London Landmarks (Red Loop): 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm
Royalty & West End (Blue Loop): 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.30pm, 4pm
London Evening (Purple Loop): 6.30pm
To download the POPGuide app: Click or scan the QR code on the ticket you will receive after booking or scan the QR code with your phone.
You'll be taken to the iOS or Android store, and your phone will ask you to download the app and automatically log in - no need to enter your password. Make sure you have an internet connection to download the guide so you can use it offline later.
Self-contained tours are designed for walking, so may contain routes that are not suitable for people with limited mobility.
