Ticket categories
We are pleased to offer a choice of seating options:
- Promenade B Tickets (Brown) - These great value tickets are found in rows 8-16 of the upper tier. In addition to providing a full view of the arena, the seating allows easy access to the Ozone Bar and Stuff's Magic Castle.
- Promenade A Tickets (Pink) - Similar to Promenade B tickets but with superior views.
- Terrace Level B (red) - Located behind the nets in the arena's Lower Bowl, these seats boast great views of the pitch and provide access to Terrace Level amenities.
- Club Level Tickets (Light Blue) - Located on the private Club Level of the arena, guests can enjoy side views while sitting in the spacious rear leather seats. The club level offers multiple upscale lounge and bar spaces, as well as high-end concessions options.
- Terrace Level A (Dark Blue) - Great seats in the arena's Lower Bowl, these seats boast great corner views of the field and provide access to terrace level amenities.
- Ultimate Seating (Green) offers an incredible side view that will let you experience the action like no other. Your seats are located in the first seven rows of the Lower Bowl and also include access to the Fields Ultimate Lounge before, during and after the game. Here you can enjoy all-inclusive food and drinks (beer, wine, soft drinks) starting an hour and a half before the match. Ultimate ticket holders can also enter the stadium via a VIP entrance. Seat selection will be located in sections 104-107 or 113-116 within the first 7 rows.

Matches last about three hours.
Tickets:
Your ready-to-entry ticket will be available for download shortly after your booking is confirmed. On the day of the match, simply present the ticket on your mobile phone, or print it at home before arriving at the stadium.
Transport:
You will have to reach the arena alone.
Cancellation policies
Once booked and confirmed, Orlando Magic tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Full payment is required at time of booking to confirm tickets

- Due to high demand, permanent seats are sold upon request. Your booking will be confirmed once successfully completed. If your preferred date is not available, you will receive a full refund.
- Your e-tickets will be available for download immediately after purchase. Just print them to access the arena.
- No bags larger than 4 x 6 inches are permitted inside the arena, with the exception of medical bags and parent bags.
- Amway Center is a cashless arena. Credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are allowed.
- Children 36 inches (3 feet) or taller must have a ticket for entry. One child under 36 inches tall is admitted free but must sit on a parent/guardian's lap and must not occupy a seat. Children 3 years of age and older must have a ticketed seat.
