- Warning: the show involves gunshots, smoke and flashing lights. Please note: seating plans are not accurate representations of the auditorium.
While we try to ensure that they are as close to the actual theater layout as possible, we cannot guarantee that they are an accurate representation. Customers with specific needs are advised to discuss this with the theater prior to booking to avoid any confusion. Latecomers may only be admitted after an adequate break in the show.

- Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket to enter the theater. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and seated next to a ticket holder who is at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 3 will not be admitted. Latecomers will only be admitted after an adequate break in the show. It is not permitted to bring with you food or drinks purchased elsewhere.

- You will receive a confirmation email with your electronic ticket attached, which you will need to bring with you on the day of the show. It is recommended to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the show.
