What is there to know?
It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to participate in the visit, nor to obtain a refund or reschedule the guided tour.
If the minimum number of passengers is not reached, you will be offered another date or alternative tour or a full refund.
The guided service can exceptionally be provided in two languages for operational reasons.
Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and appropriate clothing for visits to museums or places of worship.

To get a full refund, you must request a cancellation at least 4 days in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
